I purchased a tag from pettags.com and when I received it in the mail I immediatly put it on my german shepard's collar.  The very next day I woke up to the dog missing and I knew that it would have been long gone by now and that I would have to wait for a phone call or something since I just put the tag on the day before. To my surprise I looked out the front door and found him tied to a leash waiting for me. It seems someone found out it belonged to me some how and left them there for me. That was a nice surprise and glad to have him back. I tried to figure out how it got out because I have a 6 foot fence and I'm thinking it couldn't have jumped that fence.
