    Satisfied Customer

    I have been a customer of Pettags for 11 years and have purchased various products over that 11 year period.I have had nothing but excellent service from pettags and it's employees over the years,and in fact they have gone out of their way to keep me happy even on a few  ocassions at their expense! I have noticed a few really off the wall postings today,and I certainly don't believe them,not even for a second! The Pettags co. that I have been dealing with definetly treats their customers well and if there is ever any doubt,they always have given me,the customer, the benefit of that doubt.I think whoever is making these outrageous allegations is not a credible person,or doesn't have their facts straight!     I agree with you marty, as I too have used pettags.com for several years and find them to have great products and customer service.

    Hi All,

     

    I am shocked that someone wrote such bad comments about pettags.com.  I have all my pets wearing their tags and collars.  If in fact there was a mistake I am sure pettags.com went out of their way to fix the problem  This customer sounds like he should relax and understand this company is responsible for the safe returns of thousands of lost pets.

    Keep up the great job and great products.

    A very happy customer for over 6 years.
