I placed an order for 3 personalized cat collars with"America's Favorite Personalized Pet Tags that was on the right side of Pettage website.  I never was sent an e-mail or other confirmation so that I could check the information.  When they arrived, there was no receipt or order sheet with the collars.  There were 3 errors made on the collars including leaving off one's area code.  What use is a collar with no area code if the cat becomes lost.  They say I made the error in odering so they sent me an order form dated June 13th after I had returned the collars certified.  They just mailed them back to me.  I made 3 errors?  They didn't make any?

They have been just about as nasty as I have ever encountered.  Even Discover said there business practices are terrible.  There is nothing I can do.  I urge everyone not to do business with them and hope that Pettage will take them off their website.  Bobbie

This does not sound like pettags.com.  If you placed the order online then you did makee the mistake as online orders are rarely not automated.  You see,  I am a web designer for a major Credit Car company and by the way Discover would never tell you if they were good or bad.  If pettags.com or any company had a questionable charging practice they would not be able to take credit cards.

 That is a fact.  Their customer service has always been great and I have used them for years.

I think you may have some spyware on your computer that gives you ads that are not part of the website you are visiting. Try running some anti spyware on your computer...like the free program spybot search and destroy from www.safer-networking.org

The spyware is putting those ads on your computer not Pettags.com. Think about it...why would they provide you a link to their competition? 

I have been buying from this company long before the internet came into our homes. Back when they were Roket Reddi.  I have had wonderful, superior service and will continue to order from and recommend them.

Collars and tags are something we need and its nice to provide work for the disabled by ordering from Pettags. 

I have pets dog and cat that are get along with each other...
