Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with an item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

 30-Day Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
 Original Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with tags/labels intact.
 Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Perishable goods, personalized/custom-made items, and products marked as "Final Sale."
❌ Items damaged due to misuse or not in original condition.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Service team or visit our Returns Center to start your return.

  2. Pack & Ship: Securely package the item(s) and ship them back using the provided return label (if applicable).

  3. Refund Issued: Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Free Returns (if eligible): Select orders may qualify for free return shipping—check your order details.

  • Customer-Paid Returns: For non-defective returns, return shipping fees may apply unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If an exchange isn’t possible, store credit or a refund will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
